Great introduction to sleep away camp

ADVENTURER PROGRAM

As Adventurers, campers enjoy two weeks of fun activities and spend one night sleeping out under the stars as their first “wilderness” experience. Your child will spend her days with new friends sailing, swimming, making arts & crafts, and challenging herself at the climbing tower. In the second week of camp, the Adventurers spend an overnight at our “Hammock Forest,” a short hike from the main lodge. Campers will come home with newfound confidence and self-esteem, as well as some new best friends. Staff is particularly trained and selected to work with our youngest campers. The Adventurer Program is also available in a 4-week session. Please note that the trip and activities will be repeated but with different staff, cabin mates and the opportunity for the campers to provide leadership and insight on the trip.

TRIP LOCATION

The “Hammock Forest” is located on a quiet point right on the shore of Lake Arbutus. Staying on camp property keeps campers feeling safe in the outdoors during their first wilderness adventure experience.
