For many years YMCA Camp Hayo-Went-Ha has been offering family camp programs on the shores of Torch Lake, recognized as one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Our Family Camp will offer programs that incorporate fun, adventure, and a relaxed atmosphere all for a very economical cost.
YMCA Hayo-Went-Ha Camps are licensed by the Department of Social Services of the State of Michigan and operates under its rules for safety and supervision. Waterfront activities are supervised by experienced lifeguards.

Canoe trip down the Jordan River & trip to the Sleeping Bear Dunes
The 2019 Summer Family Camp dates are Sunday, August 11–Saturday, August 17.
Camp starts with the evening meal on Sunday and ends with lunch on Saturday.
Rates are for the full week of camp and include all meals and activities:
Child (K-12): $325.00 (for the first 2 children)
Child (K-12): $100.00 (for each additional child after the first two)
Children in the same family: The first two pay full child rate, $100.00/child for additional children. No cost for infants and preschoolers.
*A minimum charge per unit/cabin of $1,000.00 will be applied if the total of occupants does not meet or exceed that minimum charge.
A few units (if available) have plumbing and have an additional fee of $100.00 per adult only.
A $500.00 deposit is required to confirm and hold your reservation for a cabin. If you cancel your reservation prior to April 1, 2019, $450.00 of your deposit will be refunded. If your cancellation is received after April 1, 2019, your full deposit will be forfeited.
Final billing and settlement will take place during Family Camp. The number of occupants can be adjusted at any time, however, we would like a fairly accurate count by the beginning of August for meal planning purposes.

An alternative to staying in a cabin is to park your camper or pitch your tent on our A-Field. You will be able to partake in all the meals and participate in all the activities paying only 50% of the normal Family Camp fees. Contact the Camp Office for more information.
