Ranger Program

Finished 3rd grade / 2-week session offered Session 2 B only!  (July 29 - August 11, 2012).

 

This is the first year of our brand new Ranger Program.  Parents have asked us for years for a program for third grade boys and we are finally able to accomodate these boys during session 2 B (only).

This program is all about the unlimited excitement of YMCA Camp Hayo-Went-Ha.  Boys will enjoy Polar Bear Swim, ride the zip line, challenge themselves with our six climbing routes on the climbing wall, create great arts and crafts projects, learn how to sail and canoe, enjoy a game of ultimate frisbee or soccer and make a LOT of new friends!  All of this will be highlighted with an overnight stay inside of HWH's own caboose.

Two great counselors, who are chosen for their great skills at working with these young campers, will guide and be outstanding role models for a two-week experience that will be filled with non-stop fun in the out-of doors.
