Finished 5th grade / 2 or 4 week sessions

A GREAT TIME is the statement we hear over and over again from our Pathfinders.  This group expands their knowledge and enjoyment of group living while tackling greater challenges in camp craft.  Staff concentrate on developing camper’s personal growth and comfort in outdoor living.  As mental and physical challenges become greater, so must personal awareness and our staff seeks to instill the qualities necessary to become better young men.  Although in-camp activities still comprise most of the stay, a three day/two night Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes base camp/hiking expedition gives these campers the thrill of climbing a 450-foot sand dune.  Four-week Pathfinders enjoy a two day canoeing trip on the Manistee River as an exciting addition to their camp stay.  A special Pathfinder Division Night and extra opportunities in our phenomenal camp program areas give Pathfinders the "best summer ever!"

Pathfinders will also need to bring:

  • canoeing sandals or old tennis shoes (four week program)
  • a duffle bag for overnight items (both two and four week programs)
